I recently realized that a lot of Youtubers suggested pairing Witherhoard with Heavy Weapons such as Reed's Regret or any Rocket Launcher.

On paper, pairing Witherhoard with any Power Weapon increases your Damage due to Witherhoard's ability to passively deal Damage. However, many people do not know that only 1 Witherhoard can be applied to a Boss. Any followed up shot will only deal impact damage, and you will not get any passive damage from your Witherhoard.
People are most likely not aware that this is a thing, because Anarchy was the best option for passive damage for over a year. The difference between Anarchy and Witherhoard is that Anarchy allows 6 players to deal passive damage to a boss. I myself wasn't aware of this because I played Anarchy for over 4 seasons and got used to it's playstyle.

With that knowledge I hope that some teams optimize their loadouts for difficult activities in the future. Especially for Witch Queen I would only recommend running Witherhoard for Add-Clear purposes only, simply because that's where the weapon excels over other weapons in the Kinetic Slot.
