ABOUT THIS VIDEO: Ah, the good old sucker punch. The most frequently asked question in any Wing Chun class that I teach.
How do I answer this? It's not like we can punch each other as hard as we can in the back of the head to test it out.
Therefore, all I can do is provide some overall, generic, basic, and untested ideas.
Sadly, this is the truth of all striking arts. All we can do is propose theories. It's not like Judo where, if we throw someone on the mat, we know the throw worked.
Still, we do what we can. I mean, what else CAN we do?
