Today is the day where The Angler has really showed off its update progress. There have been a few quality of life improvements but the best are so far done in relation to spin fishing. Before you'd have to awkwardly work the mouse along the timing window for retrieval techniques. NOT ANYMORE! Now all you need to do is use the right keybind or button press and the game will automatically use the retrieval technique you want. This makes fishing so much better and I am very happy to see it. Though, for this big step up there's a stagnant let-down that we've faced before which is still here. The inability to change the in-game time to make it easier to go night fishing.
