Winterwald ist ein Side Projekt von W.K.s In Dornen und beschäftigt sich inhaltlich mit Sagen aus Österreich. Dabei wird W.K. von vielen Musikern unterstützt.
Sämtliche Stücke werden im OÖ Dialekt vorgetragen und ist eine Mischung aus Ambient und Black Metal Stücken.
