WIP Lemmings Game devlog thingy #1
2So yeah, this is a thing I'm currently busy with. I'll continue the ct tutorial when I feel like it. I've been very busy the last week(s) and As I recently bought GameMaker Studio, I've been slowly working on this project. It's a lemmings clone (duh).
All sprites/music is probably placeholder, because of copyright reasons :P
There's actually more logic involved in this "tech demo" than you might think. It wasn't really interactive until the last 10 minutes, as the blocker feature got finished by then :P
The music is a midi of Tim 4, from the original lemmings OST. I edited it, changed the instruments and exported it to wav. Probably placeholder because I don't know/have the rights of the music. I've got Tim 1,2,3 and 4 customized this way, because I can lol
The hardest thing is probably figuring out a way to edit landscapes like in the original lemmings, because everything's an object and making an object for every pixel of the level isn't going to work.
