Nintendo was in the news a month ago for pushing a massive and expensive million dollar lawsuit against a few larger rom sites to shut them down and send a message to other big rom sites. It seems that Emuparadise got the message as they have removed all roms from the website instead replacing it with a message explaining the situation.
