Wonder Boy - 1986 Arcade Version Gameplay
Arguably one of the hardest arcade games ever made, far hard than both Ghosts'n Goblins and Ghouls'n Ghosts. In order to get to the secret 8th area players had to collect ever single doll on ever single stage missed one and the game would end at the final area of round 7.
A perfect run on area 1 round 1, complete with doll collected, followed by a failure to finish the second round of area 1.
The arcade version received a number of ports to home consoles and computers, the Sega Master System and Game Gear versions feature two extra rounds.
