0Time to put everything back into both of these computers...and see what is what...and yes, I will make use of the RETROREWIND,CA diagnostic cartridge to enlighten me and perhaps help me find the way, the right direction to go when it comes to removing and testing chips that are socketed! This is indeed, and strange machine...there could be other issues lingering as well!

So, here is the first of the 64's that were on the luggage cart that I really tried not to buy at the 2023 Toronto PET Users Group World of Commodore gathering...and there are some notes on the top of it...indicating that it does not work...and there was something shaking around inside...so I opened it up and found it to be a very old original circuit board with ceramic RAM chips and a PLA that has a sticker on it...which was also pretty early along in the production run...so, let us explore this relic!
