This video goes over the use and configuration of the NeedToKnow addon. This is one of the most effective cooldown management addons available.
For a trinket with multiple procs such as Deathbringer's will, you need to list all the possible proc buff names in series with a comma separating each:
"Agility of the Vrykul,Aim of the Iron Dwarves,Power of the Taunka"
everything within the quotes would replace "greatness" from the video.
