World of Warcraft WoD Beta-Let's look at garrisons
5Hello all and thanks for checking out this World of Warcraft video on the WoD beta. For this video, we're going to take a look at garrisons and a few of the features we can reasonably expect.
There's a little bit of a questing spoiler in the first few minutes that ends around the 3 min mark if you want to skip. So far, the garrison area, the first major questing area and my gear so far remind me more of WOTLK than TBC. It's easy to say "Oh well, snow...of course it does" but it's more than that. So far my gear has a very WOTLK feel to it. The garrison takes from where we left off with our farm in Halfhill and takes it further. It does feel slightly like Wildstar's housing plot where there are specific slots that you can drop buildings into. The first one you unlock is barracks. I can see how some benefit the leveling experience and some will benefit you once you are capped.
