This team up makes use of the recent changes to Luke Cage. He went from being the biggest quinjet pilot to now actually having a solid place on the PVP field. This video takes a look at one of the stronger teamups you can setup with him.
Quicksilver is an excellent setup for Luke in so many ways. He can AOE apply wide-open and combo setup to the whole enemy team. Once that goes out, Luke can tank rather nicely and exploit that which QS setup for him. Mystic on the other side can slow things down a bit but not for too long. Since the game makes use mostly of your own buffs, debuff removal is only a temporary set back. Aside from light fantastic, you don't have much healing here so you need to put people down quick. Focus any weak targets, especially infiltrators, and put them down. The raft shank increases the damage your team can do and the chitter chatter box simply accelerates QS even more by turning 2 single targets into 2 singles+2 AOEs.
