Apologies everyone, I accidentally DELETED the footage with my keyboard+heart-rate+live reaction :( I tried to recover the files by reading into the disk raw data, but it was too late because the data had already been overridden. It's a pity because I lost my live reaction of when I finally got this run (something along the lines of "Oh, is this it? gogogooo, YES, COME ON DOOR FFFF OPEN! YES!! FINALLY!!!"). Because I lost the file, I did even try to grind this map to get a 2m13, but I couldn't do it, and lost the little patience I had for this map. Well anyway, here's what's left of this run.

What's worse than E2M8? What's worse than E3M1? Both maps combined. This horrible secret level is terrible to pistol start, AND you need to kill a cyberdemon with rockets. Thankfully, with this route you can just grab the shotgun and skip to the end to kill the cyberdemon early. After that you should have enough rockets to kill everything else. That is; assuming you kill the cyberdemon in about 40 rockets.

That's the pain that E2M8 was; killing the cyberdemon usually takes from 35 to 50 rockets. And it's totally random. Assuming you don't miss any rockets, if it takes you 40-42 rockets to kill the cyberdemon, you will have enough rockets for everything else, and may get a decent time. However,
if it takes you 45 rockets, not only did you lose time killing the cyberdemon, but you'll probably run out of rocket in the rest of the run and need to resort to the shotgun, losing ever more time.

In this run, I killed the cyberdemon with 42 rockets, which is pretty mediocre. However, the rest of the run went pretty well, and I didn't run out of rockets before grabbing the BFG. Therefore, with a 37-rocket cyber kill, and some more luck, I believe it is possible to get a time of 2m09.
