Dear god what an RNG fest of a map start. 90% of the runs end in the first 30 seconds. The next 1m30s of the run are actually enjoyable, after you grab the plasma; but grinding the map start makes the whole thing a pain in the ass. Again, no wonder this was never speedrun with fast monsters before.

I established the goal of beating Cannonball's UV Max time of 2m08, since there was no other established time to beat anyway. I practiced segments using saves for about an hour, and after creating a sensible route for UV Fast, I quickly started getting sub 2min times while practicing. I had hopes of achieving that goal in single-segment, but unfortunately my patience for this map ran out before I got that time.

This run has a couple of mistakes, especially at the end by the arachnotrons, where I switched weapons incorrectly. You should kill both arachnotrons with the plasma alone, the fire 2 rockets at the imps upstairs, and 4 at the imps behind the door.

At the start, I recommend killing the first revenant with the chaingun to save cells for laters. Also, step outside while doing so to give some time for the imps to move, so you can run past them quickly afterwards. Without mistakes and with very lucky RNG, I estimate that a time of 1m53 should
be possible.
