Context: This "game" was made by xFinchmeister/Cammie in a Discord server I'm in. It's a very barebones Unity platformer, where the goal is to "stick to" a square image. Version 1 of the game included a base area where one attempts to reach a cropped image of a cat's face (seen in the beginning of the video below the starting platform), but the version I'm playing (version 4) adds a new area to the left of the first, where the goal to reach is a drawing of the creator's namesake. Unfortunately, in this version the second area is actually incomplete, and thus it is quite difficult to access the ending, requiring use of a multi-jump glitch. The implementation of the jump controls in 2d gameef allows for the spacebar to be held for a higher jump - however, this mechanic does not account for the player letting go of the spacebar. As a result, one can press the spacebar for a few frames to get a default height jump, then do so again to get a "second" jump in midair. This can be repeated as long as the jump stamina is nonzero - theoretically, with one frame inputs, I am told 16-17 jumps can be performed, though anything over 8 to 9 is exceedingly difficult in practice. The final jump to the end of the second area in 2d gameef v4 requires a fairly difficult jump - in this run I reached it with a septuple jump, but more may be required with suboptimal play. If you're wondering where Hollow Knight content went, I'm sorry to say that I've been a bit burned out from the game for quite a bit, and honestly what shitposts there are left to make are fairly uninteresting or overly tedious to make. I do plan to play through Silksong when it releases, though, and may continue uploading HK content should the mood strike me. For now, though, I have a few ideas that may or may not see the light of day. Thanks for watching this video and reading this description (if, indeed, you have been) and have a wonderful day.
