If you do it right, you can even perform a triple back-flip! Note: Rudder isn't as effective as you would think it would be. You may need to throttle down in a vertical because getting into a wonky spin is quite easy. I've noticed it's a little hard to aim too due to the lower roll stability and it doesn't get an accelerated stall above 200 or so knots and does not have good spin mechanics but overall I think it's an improvement.
