This is Half Life 2 at 60 fps on a real Xbox 360. One of the greatest game ever in my opinion. If you haven't played it yet, do it.
Many thanks to Margen67, the geniuos who made lot of patches for the Xenia Xbox 360 emulator that work also on the real Xbox 360 RGH.

To get the unlocked framerate you have to:
1. You need a RGH modded Xbox 360
2. Take the file "engine_360.dll" in your "bin" folder inside your Half Life 2 folder on the xbox 360, copy and paste it in your PC to uncompress/decrypt it with xextool (follow my tutorial for the decrypting/uncompressing part, here https://youtu.be/W26KD-mntEY). This time it's a dll so to uncompress write xextool -c u engine_360.dll and to decrypt write xextool -e u engine_360.dll
3. Do the same for the file "shaderapidx9_360.dll"
4. Open the decrypted/uncompressed file "engine_360.dll" in HxD
5. Search (ctrl+G) for the location 14CB08 (8614ab08 as absolute value) and change the values 4b ff fe 91 in 60 00 00 00
6. Search for the location 14CB0C (8614ab0c as absolute value), they are the following bits of the previous point 4, and change the values 54 6b 06 3e in 39 60 00 01
7. Search for the location 25680A (8625480a as absolute value) and change the values fe d8 in 36 30
8. Search for the location 3596FC (863576fc as absolute value) and change the values 38 ab in 68 ac
9. Save the modded file as you wish (eg. engine_360.dl60fps, just to remember it is the modded one)
10. Open the decrypted/uncompressed file "shaderapidx9_360.dll" in HxD. NOTE: If you change both location as indicated in the Margen67 Xenia patch, you'll probably have a crash starting the game. So I've changed only the first location, reserving to analize better what to do
11. Search (ctrl+G) for the location 8FE18 (8498de18 as absolute value) and change the values 41 98 00 08 in 60 00 00 00
12. NOTE: as previously said, the patch reports you have to change also the values at the location 8FE1C (8498de1c as absolute value, they are the following bits of the previous point 11) from 3b a0 in 03 E8, but then the Xbox 360 crashes starting the game, so try if you wish, or avoid this point 12
13. Save the modded file as you wish (eg. shaderapidx9_360.dl60fps, just to remember it is the modded one)
14. Go in your bin folder of Half Life 2 folder inside the Xbox 360 and change the name of the original engine_360.dll and shaderapidx9_360.dll (eg. engine_360.dlorig and so on, just to avoid to overwrite them)
15. Copy both modded .dll files from pc back to your folder on the Xbox 360, then rename them in engine_360.dll and shaderapidx9_360.dll
16. Start the game normally and enjoy
