You have to put the file in "Forza motorsport 4 DVD1\Media\tracks\Nurburgring\" in your Xbox 360 RGH but first rename the original "TrackSettings.xml" (e.g. TrackSettings.xmorig).
This is a comparison between FM4 on the Xbox 360 and FM7 on the Xbox One X in Nurburgring circuit. On the 360 I've used my cloudy mod. "Vs" doesn't mean against, it means it's a only a comparison to see FM4 is still a great game even if, obviously, not good as FM7. Please, note that FM4 is in "Hot Lap" modality, where Anti Aliasing is 4x instead of 2x during the race against other cars. This improve graphics a lot.
