Many users are reporting Error 0x803F8001 when attempting to launch the Xbox Game Bar: Xbox Game Bar is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001.
The first thing to try is look for an update to the Game Bar: Open Microsoft Store then click at the three horizontal dots and select Download and updates.
Now, verify if there’s an available update.
If not, as a temporary workaround, you can uninstall the Game Bar, then later once Microsoft fixes the issue, go to the Microsoft Store page and look for the Game bar.
