► Purchase Xbox 360 Backward Compatible games on Xbox One -
You can now purchase Xbox 360 games which are compatible to play on Xbox One.
Fun Fact - Fans have played more than 30 million hours playing Xbox 360 games on Xbox One.
► Include Party Chat in Twitch broadcasts -
You can now include Xbox Live party chat when live streaming to Twitch.tv via Xbox One
► Output your Party Chat to headset and speakers simultaneously -
You can now change the output of your Xbox Live party chat when your audio is coming through a headset or speakers.
You can set the preference of your audio to go through your speakers, headset, or both.
► Customisable Game DVR recording length -
You can now customise the length of your video recordings when using the Xbox Game DVR
Currently it's a fixed length of 30 seconds. Now you have the option to change the duration to 15, 30, 45 seconds, 1, 3 or 5 minutes.
► Track Achievement progress in the Xbox One guide -
Xbox have made it easier to track Xbox achievements via the Xbox One Guide menu.
► Video playback directly in the Xbox One Activity Feed -
Xbox have made improvements to the activity feed; especially regarding the video playback.
You can now play the video inline, rather than opening the video in another window.
► Xbox App Gamerscore Leaderboard -
In the Xbox App Beta, you'll be able to enjoy the same Gamerscore Leaderboard feature introduced to the Xbox One last month.
►16-Person Party Chart
Last year, Xbox made the party chat to support up-to 12 players all in one party. Now, they've expanded that to 16 players.
► Xbox 360 Achievements in Xbox One and Xbox app Activity Feeds -
Xbox 360 achievements will now show in the Xbox One and Xbox App Activity feed.
► Web Links coming to Game Hubs -
You'll be able to click on external links which will be opened via the Edge App.
► Compare Avatars -
You'll be able to compare your avatars with your friends avatars.
► Reputation Ratings Changes -
The Xbox Live community is comprised overwhelmingly of players with positive reputations, and so, the vast majority of profiles are rated ‘good.’ As a result, we are changing our reputation interface to draw attention only to players who have been rated ‘needs work’ or ‘avoid me’. For Xbox One Preview and Xbox app (beta) members, ‘good’ players’ profiles will no longer feature a reputation gauge, however, gamers whose profiles are tagged ‘needs work’ or ‘avoid me’ will continue to feature the reputation flag.
