Microsoft have confirmed that the Xbox Series X will support AMD's upsampling tech, FidelityFX Super Resolution, and it looks like the XSX will be getting a performance UPGRADE thanks to AMD FSR. AMD finally showed off their FidelityFX Super Resolution at Computex 2021, and the framerate boosts from it look rather promising.
With the next generation Xbox console supporting FidelityFX's features, the possibilites are really interesting for the new feature sets and improvements it could bring to the Xbox Series X. But a big question mark is, will the PS5 also be getting a performance FPS boost from AMD's FSR?
We also have a leak for the release date of AMD's Zen 4 and RDNA 3 leak. Both RDNA 3 and Zen 4 are looking very promising in recent leaks in regards to the performance and specifications, so anticipation is high surrounding the next gen Ryzen CPUs and Naci 3X GPUs. In both gaming and ray tracing performance, the next steps in AMD's graphics card and processor roadmap, it seems AMD have no plans to slow down anytime soon.
