One of the horrors of war is never knowing what your enemy maybe up to or planning, indeed imagination can run rampant during down time.. are they building forces? working on a new super weapon? a new strategy that will finish us once and for all??

But with a lack of attack comes the respite to handle some of the more pressing issues at home. Torcher some captive.. cut up their dead relatives maybe even work on a super weapon of our own. The paper work Might just kill us.. but that's all in a days work here at XCOM
