JJ's defense of Earth continues in this playthrough of X-Com: Enemy Within!

Miles provided the finishing move in the last mission, with a shotgun blast at point-blank range to emphasize the victory with no loss of life and all MELD containers recovered.

In the time away, research on MELD has been completed. Although there are not enough funds to break ground on expansions for the base, it will give the Commander time to think in which direction he'd like to take his X-Com troops.

Rich has recovered from his injuries just in time for the next mission. A UFO was spotted and shot down by our fighters over Japan, so its time to see what new alien menaces we'll be shooting at this time.
