This is a randomized difficulty playthrough of Xenoblade 2, where the difficulty settings are randomized every chapter. This playthrough will cover every story fight in the game, and eventually do every challenge mode battle and superboss. A random number generator is used with the numbers 1-10 to determine the settings (1 the lowest, 10 the highest). Later on, more settings are unlocked and those will only go from 1-4.

For chapter 5, the difficulty settings are, once again, extremely lopsided. But this time, in reverse of last chapter: minimum attack power, very low attack frequency, but very high hp and very slow special recharge rate. While the battles are not as threatening, with the high hp and low special recharge, each battle is instead a battle of attrition. This is a shorter chapter, as there are only 4 fights, but the settings make them last quite a while.
