Time to escape the Ether Mine via the Freight Elevator. Just as the party is about to exit however,Xord manages to drag himself out of the Ether river and attacks! BOSS FIGHT: Xord. This is the final battle with this guy,so time to finish him off! His armor has been worn away by the Ether river,so now the Monado and it's Enchant skill work against him. He's got some powerful attacks,but Reyn should be able to tank them,especially with Sharla on heal duty. After he's defeated,he congratulates Shulk,and mentions he'll need to figure out the secret to unlock the Monado's true power,before blowing up. Back outside,the party collects themselves near Colony 6. However,no time to rest,Metal Face has shown up! He can talk like Zord too,and brought an army of Mechon with him! Suddenly,somebody attacks from afar. It's Dickson and Dunban! Form a party and wipe out all Mechon that come to attack you. After the fight,the Monado still proves ineffective against Mechon with Faces. Just when it looks like Metal face is about to win,a strange creature called a Telethia flies through the sky and attacks him,scaring him off. Shulk has a vision of his Monado being able to slice through Metal Face with ease. He describes what he saw to Dickson,and he says it sounds like Prison Island on the Bionis' Head. Rather than head directly for Sword Valley,Shulk suggests heading to this tower first. A race known as the High Entia supposedly live near prison island too. Dunban now joins as a permanent party member! When you're prepared,head north. Our next destination is a swamp called Satorl Marsh.
