The Legend Patrol is a DLC pack that allows you to play through the story of Xenoverse 1in Xenoverse 2. It was initially released exclusively for the Nindento switch, which never received the first Xenoverse game. It later received a wider release on other platforms. So it served as an alternative for those who only had a switch or those who never played the first installment to experience the story.

The Legend Patrol DLC came out in 2019, which is 4 years after Xenoverse 1, so the game wasn’t that old. But I can see why Xenoverse 2 players would find it hard to go back to Xenoverse 1.
