For those that didn't make the cut for either lag and/or cheese reasons, I compromised by trying not to limit burst where possible, or if I had to limit burst to win the match I left it out if they didn't do it themselves (which applies to only one of the folks that met this criteria). I'm not a mind reader about the decisions some players make, so... whatever...
