Xor Level 12, The Happy Hour (music)
14Hello everyone, and sorry about the delay to my Let's Play Xor series. I'm afraid my mother is very unwell at the moment, which means I can't do videos with spoken commentary as she is resting in the room next to the computer room. However, I decided a video without commentary would be better than no video at all, so here's Level 12, The Happy Hour. This one is reputed to be "a bit of a marathon" (George Foot's words) but if you push the fish right at the beginning, it opens a shortcut that can save a couple of hundred moves. Still, this and Level 7 are the two levels that may not be possible to solve in the first thousand moves, so the two longest.
In this video you can finally get a chance to hear the original Xor music, which is so gorgeous, and such a perfect fit for the surreal and sinister atmosphere of the game, that I've felt very bad about leaving it off the videos up to now (though I know that my viewers have enjoyed the commentary). I hope to come back and redo this level with commentary when I can.
