I put together this video showing footage from my $60 upscaler and compared it to the XRGB-mini. I didn't tweak any of the settings in my editing program so what you're seeing here is 100% exactly what the upscalers outputted. I've also noticed that I may not have issues with the scanlines after all, it could have just been in my editing window. I do, however, have problems with the bizarre flicker on the lower portion of the screen. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
