Time to head to Ishioda's hideout in the Bar District! And naturally, we can't just stroll in as a group of six Omi members gets in our way, one beatdown later, we do enter the building and get greeted by... if you guessed six Omi members, you're wrong, they're only five this time! After that easy win, you get a chance to prepare before entering the final room where you'll finally face the boss.

You'll face both Ishioda and Mirror Face who imitates Adachi. The latter should be dispatched first and is weak to Slashing and Piercing attacks, when he uses his Surveillance skill, don't attack or he'll counter, and watch out for his Killing Slash, it deals big damage and Poisons the target, thankfully he doesn't have much HP so he should fall easily, allowing you to focus on Ishioda next. He still fights mostly the same as before, and is weak to Fire, Ice and Electricity, he'll also counter any attack that isn't a hard knockdown like Head Trauma, Cheap Shot or Paralysis Prongs, this one also exploits his weakness to Electricity as a bonus. Kiwami Skills also work.
When he gets to half of his HP, he'll flash a Malicious Grin, buffing his Attack and inflicting Fear on your party, but he won't change anything else, so as soon as Fear wears off, resume fighting as before and you'll win soon.
