In this episode of Skul the Hero Slayer, I'll be using Thief with an Ability Spam Items focused strategy! Thief is a very versatile and powerful speed skull, who in my estimation sets the standard for how the archetype operates. Great basic attack, great skills that deal quick and rapid DPS, sleek look, he's got it all. Normally Thief is best built as a Crit Items user, but he's capable of doing pretty much any of the usual best archetypes. Today, we'll be using him as an Ability Spam Items user, which he is good at thanks to his very low skill cooldowns. Ability Spam items, if Crit Items is the strongest archetype, then Ability Spam Items is the second best if you ask me. This archetype centers around items that deal effects after you cast your skills, and some of the best items in the game are in this vein such as Olive Tree Cudgel, Bone of Mana, Branches of Destruction, and the very elusive Chosen Mage's Badge, which we FINALLY get in this episode after eons of begging the Skul RNG gods. So, that's today's run, Thief with Ability Spam Items! Joined by Ninja, can this duo of ability spammers show speed skulls got the smoke for Balance skulls, and can hold up with the best of them in the realm of skill spamming?
