In this Skul the Hero Slayer video, I'll be using Swordsman with an Excessive Bleeding focused strategy! Swordsman is the skull who represents the bleed status, with all of his mechanics centering around applying wounds. Frankly, if you're playing Excessive Bleeding at all you really really want this character, as he's one of the only characters who can apply wounds easily. However, this doesn't make Swordsman a one trick pony who ONLY can do bleed runs, he's actually extremely versatile and performs better on other archetypes even, such as Crit Items. However, today we will be focusing on his assigned archetype, Excessive Bleeding. This is, in my opinion, the least consistent to build with status in Skul. It only really performs well if you high roll with your items, with it's best items being in the unique and legendary category, as well as getting lucky and seeing the Bloodfest curse, which is the Excessive Bleeding focused curse. On this run, we DO get lucky though and see pretty much all of the best bleed stuff! There is a catch though...it's a low roll door count run. We are going to be severely lacking resources on this build, which will give us some trouble. So, that's today's run, Swordsman with Excessive Bleeding! Joined by Werewolf, can these two overcome the trials and tribulations this run will provide us and bring home another victory?
