This is the World 4 castle of Yet Another Mario Hack. It introduces a couple new enemies (Ghost Guys, Power Thwomps, and Mechakoopas), but the main new thing is the Yoshi's Island flipping spiked platforms. As in their source game, hitting a trigger block will cause all platforms of the same color to flip. The boss is Larry, who fights Mario on a line-guided platform. He can throw Grinders and three types of balls at you (four in hard mode), which can just fall down or split into fireballs. The Grinders can sometimes "warp" a bit when hitting the line guide, but that is a bug in the original game that, if my experience working with the line guide code is any indication, is not worth trying to fix. If anyone else feels like it, be my guest.
