Context: Avoiding the book prevents you from gaining many additional abilities you'd normally have, but it also skips a few sequences.
This is minimum graphics settings FTR since current optimization is pretty rough.
Almost every trick/strat here is something I discovered myself, but dialog-clipping with Trowzer was found by somebody else, with a couple changes.
