You Need DEGREES to be a PC Gamer!
It's interesting how console peasants are gatekeeping themselves out of PC gaming.
"You have to have a full-on degree in computers."
I do have a degree in computers, but I built my first PC and talk about PC stuff before I got my degree. I play classic 90s PC games on my HP Mini. I made tutorials of PC software and operating systems. All when I was in middle school. If you have the passion for it, you'll know about it.
The rest of the things about PC are definitely a different subset of hobbies, but they are things that you can learn yourself. I have learned them myself, and it's not really that steep of a learning curve.
"Especially since there's a chance that the PC could just stop working."
If you're really that afraid of your PC not working after building one, I recommend laptops. They're portable and don't really require a lot of building. My RTX 3060 laptop with a 10th gen Intel is still working perfectly to this day. It's the one that I'm using to make these videos. For perspective, we're at 15th gen Intel now.
"Some of them act like spoiled brats, trying to get Nintendo to port their games to PC just because PlayStation and Xbox did."
You know why we ask for that? The only way you can play Super Mario Galaxy 2 is if you have a Nintendo Wii. When can you buy a Wii other than the used market? Your only other choice is to emulate on PC. Just saying.
