I'm all for focusing on our strengths and avoiding or covering for our weaknesses. But it is important to be aware that, if we aren't careful, our greatest strength and easily also become our greatest weakness.
My greatest strength is a willingness and desire to move forward from whatever position I find myself in. BUT this also makes it difficult to move backwards, EVEN when that is what is needed to move forwards.
