Lore #10 for Jungle Ruins reads:

"A large body blown apart by greed."

Sometimes, you get too caught up in the metaphorical parts of the Lore to realize that some of them are very direct. This is an example of them. "A large body," "blown apart," and "by greed" could easily be metaphors for things, but then you'd be going on a wild goose chase, as you are literally blowing up someone who's large and greedy.

The part about blowing someone up should be the biggest clue. Only one stage in Jungle Ruins uses Frog Bombs, which is "The Fountain Guardian." Everything should solve itself: What you must do is find a way for Gulppy, the big fish in the pond, to swallow a Frog Bomb. The hard part is figuring out what needs to be done, and the solution is so obscure that I had to look in a guide to see what to do.

Apparently, you have to have brought the frog at the top of the hill out of the forest. When you get a worm, you need to drop it by the entrance to the water slide. The frog will notice it (but not anywhere else, apparently) and slide down all the way to the bottom part of the hill. There, you can ring Wiki by the frog to turn it into a Frog Bomb and drop it into the lake, where Gulppy will notice something falling in and chomp it up. The Frog Bomb yields a powerful explosion--Zack has used Frog Bombs in the past to deal with the iron maidens protecting the last treasure and even against Barbaros himself, so a puny creature like Gulppy would be knocked out of commission. (The Growlin' Goblin fishing up there has a different and non-lethal reaction to the Frog Bomb though...which I guess makes him tougher than even late-game bosses.)

Hopefully, the next lore should be easy.
