Part nine of twelve of my 12 days of game playthroughs on various different consoles starting from the 4th generation to the 8th generation of video gaming.
For part nine, I show you a playthrough to a game that never saw a release in North America or Europe (which it should have), which only saw a release in Japan, it's Zangeki no Reginleiv developed by the same studio as the Earth Defense Force series. My first Wii playthrough. This game has Norse mythology in it which means a medieval European setting. This is a hack and slash game where you take control of a few characters by using either the Wii remote or classic controller (and thank god for classic controller support!) to dispatch your giant foes. Well, this is Dynasty Warriors meets Shadow of the Colossus. I used the Wii classic controller to play this game, but the controls for this game is odd. You use the right stick to slash your giant enemies, B to speed up, L to jump, Y for shield and X for focus. It seems awkward, but you will get used it though. Not a bad game, so I think it's worth a try. I bought this game from Amazon.co.jp in May 2021 and it came loose, no case, but I gave it one though. This game is pretty cheap, so don't be afraid to try it, there might be something you may like about this one.
