Fairy Fencer F (2013/14) Playthrough (PS3)
Part ten of twelve of my 12 days of game playthroughs.
For part ten, I show you Fairy Fencer F originally released in Japan on October 10th, 2013, a year after Time and Eternity was released there. From the same studio that brought you games such as Ghostbusters, M.U.S.H.A on the Genesis/Mega Drive, Cross Edge on the PS3 and others, it's Fairy Fencer F released on September 16th, 2014 here. This is a role playing game where you take control of a dude with his maidens, one with pink hair with twintails and the other one with long silver hair. The artstyle is familiar and visually similar to Date a Live and Hyperdimension Neptunia. You know how? Tsunako. Tsunako did the artwork with these games and anime/manga. Anways, about the game, the framerate is somewhat choppy at times when you leave town and into the wild. There you'll face certain enemies such as killer bees, scorpions, ravens, etc. You also have a fairy fencer mode, where you have your super cool sci-fi armor! It looks hyper awesome!!! The opening theme to this game is amazing. Gonna have to find the full opening at one point or another. Good control, good graphics, good music and an interesting storyline. Not a bad little game. Give it a try, you may like it or not. On another note, I think I saw this game at Domo in Nipawin or either EBGames (now Gamestop), Hi-Tech Game traders or Next Level in Saskatoon, can't remember. 'Nuff said.
