I use Virtual Desktop to play this and my brightness is on 15%. It would benefit you to do the same especially on the 1080p version.

There was a video made for this a while ago to have a direct link to VR. But the direct link constantly crashed and not long after this development went silent. Well as long as you could get this to run in CEMU you are almost set to play this in VR. The rest is done by Reshade and SuperDuperDepth3D, without Duper. Just sounds more credit worthy =)

Once again hundreds of people came together to develop one of the most awe inspiring games ever made. My Nr1 sandbox RPG that might not be surpassed by anything else for many years other than the Zelda franchise themselves. This game and engine is just polished like nothing else. The video is primarily to keep a record of what it was like playing this in VR and to help others see how they could be enjoying gaming on an elevated level of fun. As much as I want to thank the guys from Reshade and SD3D who made this possible I also want to thank the people from Nintendo. As if I'm the lord from some profound mega gaming company. If you were part of anything in this video that made it possible I hope my gratitude is felt.

There are some flaws to this stereoscopic method that Z3D suffers from in general. The halos. And one other problem that I'm not familiar with resolving, and I hope to say "yet", is the Auto convergence. (=( unfortunately Workarounds ⦔ Reshade Compatibilty βœ”οΈ didnt seem to eliminate the problem) The Halos were made as subtle as possible and it is tweakable.
Please see this page for more insight: https://github-wiki-see.page/m/BlueSkyDefender/Depth3D/wiki/Shader-Adjustments

I'm not super familiar with Reshade but there are simply so many filters you could apply to the colors that truly made this game seem like a remaster. I used about 5 that came with the prompted lists when installing Reshade. I got inspired to try this all again when I came across this: https://www.nexusmods.com/legendofzeldabreathofthewild/mods/19

Truly fell in love with what reshade could do for a game here. Any game you spend more than 20 hours in would be worth tweaking like this. And Zelda will keep you going for a hundred if you're not playing the main quests primarily.

I should probably make a video of how to set this up for those who are interested. Let me know in the comments below.

Getting this set up in CEMU is not something I will respond to. All I will say is keep it legal and support this franchise by buying the switch hard copy.
