This is an Update for my other failed video of this.
So the glitch is very easy to execute and is pretty cool. Jump towards the bridge but angle yourself to catch onto where the chain kind of starts. Link will grab hold to the edge and pull himself up but the chain pushes him back and Link will catch the edge again and it will repeat. One thing to note. You have to hold "UP" on the control stick to continue the glitch.
