Previously, Link the wolf thawed the ice that had frozen up Zora's Domain. As a result, he restored the water to Lake Hylia. After talking to Lanayru, the province's guardian spirit, he gathered the first four Tears of Light from the Dark Bugs at Lake Hylia. Now, it is time to go after the other Dark Bugs in the province.

A set of reed whistles can be found on the island south of Fyer's strange attraction (time 1:04). He howls the bird-summoning tune, and the Shadow Bird shows up to give him a lift up the river.

Afterwards, they start flying northeast up Zora's River (time 2:01). There are four Dark Insects in this area. To claim their Tears of Light, Link simply has to defeat them by locking on and dashing. He does not need to worry about collecting the Tears.

Soon into the flight, they find the fifth Dark Insect (time 2:22). The sixth Dark Insect is just a little farther along (time 2:30). Farther on, they find the seventh Dark Insect (time 2:53). The eighth Dark Insect is just past it.

At the end, Link exits to Upper Zora's River (time 3:48).

To flush out the ninth Dark Insect, Link listens in on the spirit of the woman sitting on the stairs to the Boat Rental Cabin (time 4:12).

As Link moves along the area's northern shore, a cutscene draws his attention to two spirts overlooking the river (time 5:47).

Then, Link finds his second Howling Stone (time 5:53). He will have to howl the Requiem of Spirit. Afterwards, when he and the Golden Wolf jam to the Requiem of Spirit, the Golden Wolf will hop off to wait for Link in Hyrule Field just west of Hyrule Castle Town.

Next, Link listens in on the Zora spirits overlooking the river (time 7:35). The purpose of this is to point out the southwest waterway, which leads to northern Hyrule Field near Hyrule Castle.

Before following them, Link goes west to Zora's Domain (time 8:11). There are now some Zoras along the road leading from the river.

In the waterfall pool, Link finds his tenth and eleventh Dark Insects flitting about a group of lilypads (time 9:32). These two can be tricky to kill.

On the eastern ledge, Link finds his twelfth Dark Insect (time 10:01). This one likes to burrow underground.

On the rise above this last Dark Insect, there is a chest containing a Yellow Rupee, worth 10 R (time 10:17).

Midna will help Link climb a series of ledges starting from near the iced-over exit on the western side (time 10:40).

Past a water outlet, there is a chest containing a Red Rupee, worth 20 R (time 11:16).

Close to the top, Link follows a Rupee trail down the slope and strikes the road leading to Hyrule Field. Along this road, he finds his thirteenth Dark Insect (time 12:09). This is a flying insect.

Now, although the path leads to Hyrule Field, it is jammed up by a boulder.

Instead, Link warps to Zora's Domain to head back up to the throne room (time 13:00).

The fourteenth Dark Insect is adhering to the southeastern wall of the throne room (time 14:36). Link must dash into the wall to dislodge it. This is another flying insect.

Then, Link goes back to the waterfall area (time 15:06). He swims down to Upper Zora's River (time 15:39). Then, he turns southwest and takes the waterway to northern Hyrule Field (time 16:12). From there, he exits southwest to the western section of Hyrule Field (time 17:19).

As Link approaches the bridge leading to Castle Town, more Shadow Beings will pen him in (time 18:02). Defeating them nets Link a warp for Castle Town.

Then, Link heads into Castle Town (time 18:52). A few folks in the Central Square will have new things to say now that the water has been restored.

On Castle Town South Road, the fifteenth Dark Insect is hidden in a barrel near Telma's Bar (time 22:42).

After Link gets his fifteenth Tear of Light, Midna will clamor for his attention (time 22:59). Suddenly, a new Dark Insect has appeared at Lake Hylia.

Next time, Link will go take care of this final Dark Insect and hopefully lift the twilight from Lanayru Province.
