Just installed M4 GP can on my 03 b1h (with stage 1 baffle). My phone has terrible audio but you can get the gist. As I had to figure out how to best install it securely myself through lack of detailed info I've taken some pics to show how I did it.

I used an 09-12 M4 GP which isn't designed to be used with the 03 ninja so some custom adjustments have to be made.
Main issues with installing the M4 on an 03 b1h:
1: M4 mounting bracket won't fit both footpeg assembly hole bolts so I used only the topmost bolt for the mounting bracket (the bottom one wouldn't allow enough distance for the exhaust).
2: M4 will be pushing up against the swing arm and will rub without additional washers in the M4 to mounting bracket bolt hole. I used a 30mm thread M8 hex bolt with 8 x 1 inch diameter washers to space the M4 a centimeter away from the swing arm at all times.
3. With the M4 installed away from the swing arm the rear break lever wire presses against the mounting ring at the top of the exhaust limiting the use of the rear break. I haven't fixed this yet, the break can still be applied but is harder to depress. I may bend the break wire out of the way, alternatively you could cut out a section of the cans mounting holder.

I used this graphite gasket in between the link pipe and M4 exhaust, however on its own it won't be a secure connection, and given how loose the mounting bracket would be in this setup I cut out some slits into the end of the can and drilled some holes at the end of each slit to allow them to comress under a clamp. I bought a 50-55mm mikalor clamp (£2.50) to seal the join between the M4 and header pipes securely over the flex slits I made.

After securing the mikalor clamp and tightening all bolts and mounting brackets the exhuast sits very firmly with no wobble a good cm away from the swing arm.

Exhaust is extremely loud even with the stage 1 baffle to the point where I'm considering getting a stage 3 baffle. Actually hurts the ears between 3-5k rpm, but sounds like a formula one car, absolutely insane sound. The volume is reasonable going through town until you hit 3k rpm then it becomes obnoxiously loud, I ended up having to upshift to 5th or 6th gear going just 30 mph to keep the volume down.

Also people were wondering about the clearance between feet and the exhaust; it is close but I haven't found my self melting my shoes yet, even with my foot back on the peg.
