So I’m a 43 year old mom who has a 13 year old child who loves to game just like me.

I am also a OIF/OEF combat war veteran who loves Playing videos games on my Xbox one. Call of Duty/zombies and other games such as PUBG/fortnite really does help coop with the PTSD.
My friends and I play these sorts of games just to help with the PTSD.
Some Civilians just don’t get it. This can lead to break ups and many arguments to why your plying video games instead of watching a movie 🍿 with your other half. Things I go through on daily basis. Which is hard. I just wish they’d understand but they never will.
