On this particular trip to the beach, two German tourists were stabbed to death and four others injured. The incident happened at a popular vacation site in Egypt just around the Red sea. While everyone mingled with their loved ones, they didn't notice a man with a knife. The hoodlum showed up at the location to kill tourists.
He first appeared in the first hotel, where he stabbed two people before moving to another beach to continue the evil. Although officials apprehended him, it wouldn't restore the lives of the innocent visitors. Reports say he stabbed his victims on the chest three times before fleeing. What would have necessitated such hate from this man? To this day, his motives remain unclear. This massacre happened in 2017 and became one of the worst beach days in Egyptian history.

Of all the likely dangers at the beach, being attacked by a shark is top on the list. In Western Australia, a middle-aged man was killed by a shark. It was the eighth one in a single year. Before help could reach him, he had already died from his injuries. Cable beach is one of Australia's most popular holiday destinations, but it has one of the highest mortality rates when it comes to a shark attack. Despite the scare, visitors are not worried about what may happen but keep visiting yearly.
Of all the risks to take, one wonders how a sane person would want to swim in a shark-infested ocean. It is both risky and eventually fatal if you're unlucky. According to CNN, 2020 recorded the highest number of shark attacks since 1934. This means that it is only wise to stay out of Australian beaches even if you're the best swimmer. 7. Homeless man burned alive
You know how people take to public places to seek refuge because they feel safer there. It appears it is not always the case because gangsters can penetrate those locations to wreak havoc. A homeless man was lying on Ventura beach when three hoodlums set him on fire. The man was asleep and couldn't notice when the hooligans set him ablaze. Thankfully, a concerned resident saw the smoke from a distance and moved closer to see what was happening. By then, the assailants had fled the scene. The victim suffered second and third-degree burns but didn't die from the injury. As expected, he'd be traumatized and may never make his way to the beach ever again.
Residents never felt safe after the incident. To make matters worse, the police couldn't identify the perpetrators as they didn't leave any evidence at the scene. Worst still, there were no witnesses to aid investigations. On your next visit to the beach, never lose guard because you never know who's watching.
