Forgot I'd pretty much cleared Downtown already, but that probably helped me get through Master rank faster, because um...well I don't know, but it was pretty much just those Special group Masters (Special group starts attacking at Master rank, I guess) and some 10th dans who really felt like coming after me while in Downtown at Master rank.
Thank goodness I got through Master rank this fast, whew! No more worrying about insta-demotion every time a 10th dan opponent pops up. (To go from 10th dan to Master, a 10th dan just has to beat a Master--and the Master gets demoted! To go from Master to Warrior, a Master has to have five victories vs 10th dans, while not losing to any 10th dans.)
