While testing bumper angles I ended up getting the winning solution to this level, as video guides I had followed were not working. From what I can tell I don't think anyone has sent Tank #1 to be the ball trigger, Which leaves the far left guy to join rapid to be boulder1/2, while the useless Tank #2 - that will not get run over no matter how hard I tried - can go to the lava pit. This set up leaves just enough room for the last spawn - which won't spawn until everyone else is gone - to quickly run over to the ball for Boulder #3.
