Welcome back to Luca Powerlifting

Took a week hiatus from uploading but boy this is HUGE.
Massive PRs from both week 3 and 4 with week 4 giving us a 460KG total for triples

Squat: 160KG X 3 RPE 8
Bench 130KG X 3 RPE 8.5
Deadlift 170KG X 3 RPE 7.5

All at 72-74KG at 18

Xavier dun sum good shit out here with 55KG 5 BY 5

very excited to see what my one rep maxes will be in 8 weeks time.
the goal for 4 weeks is 490 double total.

Squat: 170 X 2
Bench: 135 X 2
Deadlift: 185 X 2
