Welcome back to Luca Powerlifting

As with any lifter, injuries are common even with proper execution. I'm not too sure on what I've done, possible overworking but the injuries weren't sudden nor where they from the time of lifting. Hopefully it's nothing serious and i will be able to carry on this 12 week block swiftly however even so squats are feeling very heavy and we may have to start on something quite light.
