Put simply, the game looks good, and it plays well, most of the time. It won't always be above 60fps, when playing at 1440p, but even when it's below 60fps, it still, usually plays smoothly and feels good. (when it goes down to 45fps, it finally starts to feel rough, but even when it's around 48 or 49fps, it still manages to feel decent. If you want a higher frame rate, you can use lower settings than what I show, here, as nearly all of these settings have room to be turned down or off. (in addition, the game offers a resolution scaling option) Also, keep in mind that the testing I've done has been with "K" sku i5's. I do not have non K sku i5's for testing. If you have concerns about the non K sku i5's, check around to see how the game is doing for other people, who are using the i5 you have concerns or questions about.

Point that I'd like to clear up: In this video, I say that my more powerful i5 system does not play the game much better than my less powerful i5 system. Let me clarify that point a little better, here, than I did in the video- The more powerful system gets about 4-8 more frames per second, in most scenarios. Mathematically, that's a decent percentage of improved performance, but what matters is both systems play the game well, most of the time, and the game looks good on both systems. I feel that a difference in frame rate doesn't always tell the whole story. Feel free to watch footage of the weaker system, in action, in the link below, to see how the weaker system did, for yourself.

The Best Settings video, where I go more into depth about the settings and show a lot more of the game, in action. (I also play with older/weaker hardware, so you can see how that looks) https://www.youtube.com/edit?o=U&video_id=haBKXbK7iAg

Update: I've done more testing, and the stuttering seems to happen in certain areas of the map or conditions... I'm not sure which one, yet. In many open world games, the location can be the cause of the stuttering, but there are other factors that could cause it, too. So far, the stuttering doesn't stick around for long, and it's not been possible for me to intentionally recreate it.. Until I find out what, exactly, is causing it, I'd say that living with a little bit of it might be necessary, in some scenarios. Let me know if you guys have been able to determine what causes stuttering for you, in the comments, below.
