The mouse and cheese puzzle is my 17th video for shorts challenge.
The original version is actually produced by Hanayama which is most famous for their Cast metal puzzles. At first I didn’t realise they made plastic puzzles at all until I learnt about this puzzle. My copy here is a replica version but the solution is exactly the same.
It is a packing puzzle and the goal is to fit all the pieces into the frame, the theme is cute with 5 pieces of cheese and then a circular disc with a mouse icon on it.
The assumption of course is to find 2 pieces of cheese which can make a circular hole to fit the disc, however, these puzzles always misdirects the solver.
